Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.

Items that are in stock will ship within 24-48 hours of Barker Specialty receiving the order. Ground shipping is the only option provided for Brand Store orders. Please be sure you have planned ahead for transit time. Should there be a circumstance out of your control which requires expedited shipment, you can request expedited shipment in the special instructions section prior to submitting your order. Your request will be reviewed by management and you’ll be notified if not approved. If any of your items are in the process of being restocked, and you have an event date, we will inform you of the backorder and will suggest an alternate item that we can ship out in its place. Please reference the UPS map to find out when you can expect to receive your order. Transit times are based on UPS Ground ship method.

Custom Logo Options for Apparel

Due to the continuing challenges our apparel decorators are facing as a result of labor shortages and supply chain issues, we have decided to temporarily remove the custom logo options for our apparel items. Once our decorators are able to offer this service to us again we will enable this feature for you.
